Mr. Gaurav Sood – Director
Following the footsteps of his father Mr. SL Sood, Mr. Gaurav Sood soon joined the fasteners industry and established the group State Enterprises in the year 2005. A graduate of Satyawati College, Delhi Mr. Gaurav Sood had always been interested in fasteners, especially blind fasteners, and started the firm with the vision and mission of being the largest distributor of blind fasteners in India. State enterprises trades Insert nuts, self-clinching studs, self-clinching nuts, self-clinching standoffs, cage nuts, heavy studs, weld studs, lockbolt and collar, riveting tools, inset nut tools, and other blind fasteners all over India and the world. With experience of more than 17 years, Mr. Gaurav sood soon became a name in the fasteners industry.

Established in December 1975, State Engineering Works for formed with its head office and working factory in Mayapuri, Delhi. Starting with a workforce of 4-5 people only, the manufacturing done was bifurcated rivets in Steel. Starting with serving 8-10 customers locally the state engineering works expanded its business in 1986 at Samaipur Badli Industrial Area, Delhi. As expansion began so did the increase in quantity and customers. In 1991, the manufacturing of pop rivets started in State Engineering Works hence becoming one of few Indian Manufacturers of Blind Rivets. These blind rivets were made in Aluminium and Steel. Since 1975 Mr. Sood Didn’t look back and henceforth formed the group of State Enterprises.
Mr. Saurabh Sood – Director
Mr. Saurabh Sood soon expanded the business inspired by his father and elder brother. In 2012 the state engineering works were turned to SL Fasteners Pvt Ltd. As blind rivets manufacturing was already in process, now under Mr. Saurabh Soods technical knowledge and guidance, SL Fasteners manufactures all kinds of Aluminium blind rivets, Steel Blind Rivets, multi-grip blind rivets, structural rivets, solid rivets, and semi-tubular rivets. Mr. Saurabh Sood is also a graduate of Satyawati College, Delhi, and has more than 14 years of experience in the fasteners industry. He has led the manufacturing unit with great leadership. Soon SL fasteners became one of India’s leading blind rivets manufacturers, infect of only a few blind rivets manufacturers in India who make fasteners for automotive requirements. Sl Fasteners is ISO, TUV, IATF, OHASA, and OMS certified.
